Ingredients
4oz melted butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1-2 tablespoons vanilla
1 cup flour
1 cup cornmeal
1/2 tablespoon baking soda
1/2 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 tablespoon salt
1 cup buttermilk
Honey optional
Cooking Tools
8x8 pan or muffin tin
2 mixing bowls
Large fork
Rubber Spatula

Instructions for the Cornbread
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease your baking dish.
In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Add eggs and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, mixing until just combined. Stir in buttermilk.
Pour batter into the prepared pan, drizzle with honey (optional). Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
